Privacy notice

This MVP minimizes collection. The public radar can be browsed without an account. A watchlist is stored in your own browser using local storage and is not sent to FixSignal.

Pilot requests

If you submit the pilot form, FixSignal collects the name, work email, company and trade you provide, plus the submission time. This data is used only to contact you about the Syracuse pilot, tailor the product and evaluate demand. It is not sold as a consumer lead.

Public property records

FixSignal processes public City of Syracuse property-code records. The MVP intentionally excludes owner names, owner home/mailing addresses and inspector identifiers from its public API and interface. See the data source page for the exact field policy.

Service providers

When production integrations are enabled, hosting, payment and email providers will process only the data needed for those functions under their own terms. The current repository contains adapters and environment variables but no enabled paid integration by default.

Retention and requests

Pilot contact data should be deleted when no longer needed for validation. Before public launch, the owner must add a monitored business contact address so people can request access, correction or deletion. Until then, use the pilot form and state the request in the company field.

Security

No internet service is perfectly secure. The MVP validates input, limits field lengths, uses server-side adapters for secrets and does not put payment credentials in application code.
